Our Story
SM Bookkeeping Services has been operating out of Bhuj, Gujarat long before this platform existed. With a team of 36 dedicated professionals, we've served small businesses across the United States and Australia—e-commerce sellers, agencies, real estate investors, and businesses too small for a full finance team but too complex for a basic spreadsheet.
The same scenario happened over and over: A client would email late at night: "The Shopify payout doesn't match QuickBooks, and I don't know why." We'd reply the next morning. They'd reply the day after. Four days later, on a quick call, we'd fix it in eleven minutes.
The problem was never a lack of expertise. It was the distance between the moment someone gets stuck and the moment they can reach someone who knows the exact fix.
Live Bookkeeping closes that gap. On the other side, thousands of certified bookkeepers have capacity and need a reliable way to connect with people who need them right now. That's the whole idea.
